HIS Hawaii, a tour and travel agency specializing in trips to Japan.  What is a company to do when their targeted  travel destination remains closed to the general public?You make lemonade out of lemons. In other words, encourage interest of all things Japan.  You open an office/location in the busiest shopping mall in the state.  Then you not only stock that store with wonderfully unique and specialized food items and other  items from Japan.  And don't forget to staff that store with incredibly friendly and approachable staff.Why only four stars?  Well, I haven't actually tried any of their travel services, yet.  I will reserve that last star until I do.  Also, do wish they had more inventory to sell.  If you do find something that you like and want to  be advised when their next shipments of it will be arriving, be sure to get on their emailing list...which is the real reason I searched for this store.  After receiving the most wonderful imported senbei for a Christmas gift I located the store to purchase more for gifts.  Strategically they were all out of stock and I am now on their emailing list.  Brilliant H.I.S...  in getting one more person on the mailing list which also advertising travel to Japan!  Love your newsletters.  Because, I do love most things Japan!Located on the ground floor of Ala Moana Shopping Center.  They are right off the busiest thoroughfare just outside of the main food court.  Brilliant!  Wishing you the best as we go through this challenging time in history.
