Resident manager is awful, rude and unpleasant. We were sitting down waiting for someone and she came up to us saying that we cannot be there, so rudely to us.

Only went to rest on seats in the lobby but it was cool was nice cool & at the time empty since it was the weekend & very little businesses open

It's not the easiest place to find parking, but its selection of businesses and restaurants makes it worthwhile.

There are stylish cafes etc. Monsarrat Avenue is It is crowded mainly here.

Geart location with many businesses. Even there are lots of homeless around the area, they never come inside the business centre. Lots of parking.
