Except for when they didn't answer the phone during office hours.
But remember to have everything in writing, the exact amounts. For certain things, they don't provide you with the right amount and give you an estimate.
We found out that those estimates were way higher than the ones that were given verbally in several opportunities (we even asked to have it on paper at the time but (I don't remember the exact quote they used) they said that was not necessary or meant that.
When we told them that the amount was higher and that we were told another amount, they kept answering that that was the amount and did not even try to reach a middle point.
As a recommendation, even if the staff seems nice, make sure that you get everything on paper before you agree to any service or sign the paperwork.
