There have lots of inventory but it's nearly impossible to talk to a person, except at the showing. They will refer you back to the online website to apply. There robot system to schedule is complicated. Sometimes they don't recognize the street number of the listing you want. They schedule showings with multiple people and charge money $35 per application. I don't know if that's a one time $35 for all the units you like or $35 per unit.

Have been renting with Apartment Advisors for 18 months and couldnt be happier. Jared and his team have all been very professional and responsive. Everything from lease signing, rent payments, and maintenance requests are done online, and key pickup is contactless so it couldnt be easier. Any issues or repairs have always been addressed, and in a timely manner. When I had to move, Jared made sure I was able to find another unit that exactly fit my needs, and I found him to be honest, genuine and more than fair. Ive heard my share of landlord horror stories, so I feel very fortunate to work with Apartment Advisors and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Honolulu area.
