Matt and Chelsea were absolutely amazing with getting us into a home that we love. They are very educated in real estate for Hawaii, they didnt pressure us to buy anything so it felt like being accompanied by a friend when looking, and they were always available when we needed them. They were also very honest and upfront about our expectations versus reality for homes out here and went through the whole buying process prior to us even putting in an offer. I highly recommend them for home buying on Oahu if you need a realtor who is going to be real with you but not rude and doesnt make you feel obligated to buy something you dont like.

I had a pleasure of working with Chelsea and Matt. Professionals and experts when it comes to meeting your wants and needs for a home and MORE!! They had checked all of that. We had a month before we arrived in Oahu and we manage to have everything completed shortly after arrival. We snatched a deal after they managed to give us a virtual tour on all of the properties that we were interested in, 6+ properties and they toured us on all with a great attention to detail. Things that you wouldnt even think to check, they will check it for you and make sure you are well informed with everything that can be a concern. Their experience and expertise guided us to ultimately finding our very first home. I cannot thank both of them enough for their patience and efforts. We had a lot of demands and had a lot of hiccups during our move and even with all of that they managed to keep us on track with our timeline to find our home. They made our first time home buying process so easy, I am unsure how some people find it stressful. IT IS NOT, when you work with Chelsea, Matt and their team.
