Choosing Jodi to be our realtor to sell our home was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our departure from our home and Hawaii was extremely chaotic. We ran out of space on our POD and out of time before fully emptying our unit. Jodi went way above and beyond to remove what we left behind, took several trips to the Post Office to mail us important boxes that were left behind, and cleaned our carpets! The staging and photographs of our unit were amazing, although we did not get to take advantage of her marketing as she secured a terrific offer that we accepted just prior to the unit being listed. We were a little nervous as we were preparing to put our home up for sale, as the inventory had been growing in our condo complex (as well as steadily rising interest rates). Jodis experience and insight put us at ease, and she offered terrific input as we mulled over an initial offers we were inclined to accept. Her advice proved to be very rewarding.
