    Kelfred Chang was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He is exploitive and manipulative. He also owns a towing company that is used by HOAs in Kapolei. And will LIE about damaging your car to the point he wants you to call the cops. Never go alone when picking up your car and inspect the your vehicle...beware folks

    My experience with Kelfred & Integrity LLC was extremely unprofessional, frustrating, manipulative, exploitative, unreasonable, and unfair. My initial security deposit was $700. After paying a mandatory $372 out of my own pocket for professional pest control & professional cleaning, Kelfred made a deal upon moveout that he would keep half of my security deposit and give me half of my security deposit ($350); since I broke my lease early & he found a new tenant to move into my old place halfway through the month. When it came time for me to receive the remainder of my security deposit, Kelfred ignored three of my emails over the span of about a week and a half asking about the security deposit status. On my fourth email, I cced a secretary who was an old colleague of his and he responded immediately. In that email he claimed that he actually couldn't give me the rest of my security deposit because there were 7-8 nail-sized holes (maybe 1-2 cm in diameter each, see photos below) he found in various spots on the wall that I had forgot to fill in before I moved out. (Honestly, only 2-3 were my doing - the rest, including the largest one with paint chipping, were made by a previous tenant). Kelfred estimated it would cost - wait for it - $1,572 to repair these 8, small nail holes. I offered to go back to the unit and repair the holes with white spackling, if it meant getting my $350 back. He claimed the white spackling that I offered to use to fill the holes would not precisely match the white paint on the walls. And therefore, all the walls needed to be repainted on my dime. Conveniently, he said he could offer me a way out of this - forfeit the remainder of my security deposit, he would "cover my half" of the cost of painting, and we'd call it even. I call bs. It was very clear to me that Kelfred had no intention of returning my security deposit. He was going to find any & every excuse why he could keep the money I was entitled to. The whole process of moving out set me back over $1,000 - $700 in my lost security deposit and over $370 in mandatory pre-move out cleaning & pest control services. Think twice before renting a unit from this landlord & realty company.

    Kelfred is a thief and a criminal STAY AWAY. He stole my security deposit by forging invoices for cleaning services ($250 for carpet cleaning, $350 for general cleaning) and repairing holes and damages ($2,200) where there was removed paint from command strips. He said he would be fair and split the costs 50/50 by taking $1,100 from my security deposit on top of the fake cleaning charges. He lied about mailing me the remaining security deposit for FOUR MONTHS after moving out. After calling him out for the forged invoices and lies he requested I pay him an additional months rent for moving out with military orders when my lease was a month to month basis. He even had the audacity to threaten me with legal action to try to get me pay him. Kelfred is a terrible person, his company is fake, and HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Dont get taken advantage of like I did and do not conduct business with this man nor his company. Only known associate of his is Sally Kam and her husband STAY AWAY.

    Similar to other reviews, I had issues and delays receiving our security deposit back from Kelfred Chang. When I moved out, we agreed that security deposit of $3,000 would be returned minus a cleaning fee, which would cost between $300-$400. I did end up getting payed *most* of the expected security deposit over 5 months later. The process was slow and tedious. I had to message to ask for it back over 10 times. Kelfred only responded to my messages when I would attempt to call him. He often blamed an assistant for not sending the security deposit, though it is unclear this assistant actually exists or if it was just a scapegoat. I even offered to directly message the assistant to expedite the process, which Kelfred ignored. After 5 months of requesting the deposit Kelfred finally sent part of security deposit back. He never mentioned how much he was returning at any point and never sent us the cleaning invoice, but when he finally returned us the the security deposit, it was short roughly $1,000. I had to point out that I was expecting more money back, and wanted an explanation why so much was not returned, including the cleaning invoice. At this point he sent an additional $300, and sent to us an invoice from the cleaning company. *Apparently* the cleaning cost over $650. I was expecting it to cost at most $400. Perhaps the invoice was forged, but I decided at this point to cut my losses. Outside of the security deposit, while I was a tenant there were no issues. I didn't reach out for much and he did not cause any issues. I also received most of the security deposit in the end, and I have not proven without a doubt yet that he was trying to scam me. But I do think people should be cautious moving forward with Kelfred Chang.
