I am extremely impressed with At Home Hawaii's entire operation. They excel at both the fundamentals of property management - communication with tenants, tending to maintenance issues, bookkeeping - as well as complicated issues including advising on decision-making for property upgrades, and managing major renovation projects. Greg oversaw a full kitchen renovation for our rental home, while in between tenants. At Home Hawaii built a complete redesign package from scratch, then had the entire renovation project done on time and under budget. If you know Hawaii, you know how truly impressive that is. I highly, highly recommend them.

We met Cindy last year when we joined our Action Chapter. She immediately helped us feel welcome. She shared with us how different her company is by the care she and Greg give to their clients.
Cindy does a great job in educating her family, friends and clients in all areas of a real estate transaction whether buying or selling. She makes sure she answers all the questions they have. She finds the best options for them making sure this is the property they are buying or selling and if it is the right fit.
Greg and Cindy have amazing Leadership, and teaches us so many important things in life such as Communication, and why it is important to take care of our clients.

Thank you to Greg from At Home Hawaii for being my property manager for my first apartment on the island! He was always quick to respond whenever I needed something and was extremely accommodating throughout the move-out process. I highly recommend At Home Hawaii- they will take care of you!
