Since starting my treatment with NexGen I have noticed improvements with my conditions. I hope to one day be back to normal and start my physical activities again.

I posted an unhappy review before. DR, Charels went to bat for me, we worked together to resolve the issue. He did what he said he was going to do, he even offered 1 free treatment and I am pleased with the results. I understand now what happened was out of his control. And I believe he and his staff are doing their best to help everyone they can. They are really the most pleasant people in the medical field that I have come across. Mahalo! Dr, Charels & Staff

The Staff was extremely friendly. They explained their services and options to make you feel comfortable and was never pushy. If you are looking for options other than surgery, give them a call. 4 months after procedure, range of motion 100x better and pain level very minimal.
