Thought it was a standalone store but its almost a warehouse essentially. I recommend online shipping since they're still not fully allowing walk ins because of covid even though their site still has a pickup option. Plus, their hours suck. 5 days a week for only 4 hours in the mornings. Great tea options tho

I buy all my favorite teas from Tea Chest Hawaii! My go to ice tea is the Passion fruit Ice Tea. Our summer guests always compliment our ice tea when we serve it. We like the Original and Mango Peach ice teas as well. My ultimate favorite hot teas are the Moana Royale and the Silver Needles. We've also bought other fruity flavored teas and have never been disappointed. I'm on the East Coast and my teas always arrive quickly and well packaged. I will always be a customer!

Had Iced tea all over United States, in best hotels and restaurants... all over Hawaii... these people make the absolute best. My new favorite is the vanilla, bet fell in love with all the teas they mixed Moana Royale/Sunset very good... passionfruit incredible. If you like iced tea as much as me this is the end of the road and you've reached iced tea nirvana

Thank you so much helping to make Mother's Day wonderful for my mom! We have long been fans of Moana Royale tea (since we had High Tea at the Surfrider when I was in 3rd grade and drank many, many pots worth). I was deeply impressed with the prompt service and how the Tea Chest went above and beyond to add their Mother's Day special to my order when it was announced a few hours after I placed my order.
