I was hung up on by the employee. Had to call 11 times to get a response only to be told " the firewood manager would call me back" to no avail. Real lousy customer service. If you need wood for smoking meat go to the competition even if it a longer drive.

My first thought when I needed firewood was 'Who the heck in Hawaii is gonna sell firewood?'. HTM is a pretty cool contractor, recycling the hardwoods they come across in their work and splitting the wood. It was really painless to get a few bundles, and they even loaded it into my car. When it got to the bonfire, that was a top-notch product. Beats burning old shipping pallets. Their employees are professional and friendly, and their base yard is surprisingly well-kept.
