Great room in an excellent location! The AC worked well, balcony was nice, and bathroom was excellent. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout were easy. Definitely ask about the parking pass at the hotel lot its a steal compared to other public parking options. Walkability: Very walkable area. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

It is a great hotel for the adult budget traveler. The location was perfect. Pre-arrival communication was good. I was able to get an early check-in time, which was great. The room was clean and convenientno noise to speak of. I was able to print out a document. The only issue I had with the room was the internet speed. Very slow.

We loved this hotel because it was very inexpensive, clean, and had a great location to everything. The hotel its self is small and older. However our room was remodeled with a tile shower, new flooring and the linens werent that bad. They had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, plates, bowls, glasses, cups and silverware in the room. This made it helpful to prep and eat breakfast in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had beach chairs, mats, umbrellas and beach towel for you to borrow. The hotel was right a cross the road and in walking distance to the beach. The hotel provided coffee from the island, bath and body shampoo, conditioner and soap. They dont have a daily resort fee like the other hotels and the parking is only $25 a day. If youre looking for just someplace to sleep and shower this is the place! The view wasnt the greatest and we did see a couple small bugs the first day but we asked them to spray. They did and we didnt see any the rest of our stay.
