        I would have given them 1/2 a star if I could. The communication between the staff and us was very unprofessional. We had multiple incidents where they would fail to do their job and then they would blame us for their mistakes. The ladies at the front desk were the worst and made up false statements just to get you to leave them alone. Moving somewhere new and not knowing anything is already stressful enough but when you have to deal with absolutely HORRIBLE service just makes the experience worse. If I had to some up the Navy Aloha Center I would say they have lazy staff and they made the process of getting TLA a nightmare.
