        Files my taxes for 2021 last year in 2022, someone claimed me as a dependent when well over I havent been dependent on anyone in over 8 years since I was thrown out my adopted home like a dog at 14 when my birth mother passed away. Im not a dependent, $1,519 of my money stolen for my federal tax return and the IRS was never open and phone number never worked.

        Number doesnt work so you can never reach anyone at the local office. You have to call the 1800# where you can never reach anyone either. Its all automated and they hang up on you and they don't even put you on hold anymore.
