This is easily the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I give one stars for bad customer service and this place excels with that. They have a shift supervisor there who alway wears a beanie and has long hair who has a sassy flamboyant attitude and I think his name is Jason and he seems to want to make his own policies up. I spoke to Brie the District Manager about this guy and she didnt seem to care and made rude comments herself towards me. They should both be fired as well as the store manager there. If you dont want to honor your policies then just say that. They make it impossible to receive a refill with your drinks because they dont provide bathrooms for people so they are forced to leave the store. They have a lot of loop holes to make you buy another drink but advertise refills like it would be no problem. Most locations dont even provide seating either. So where would a customer even hang out when you dont have any bathrooms, seats, or outlets! The refill program would be the only reason I would support Starbucks because I would much rather help out a local company company that cares about its employees instead of this big box conglomerate that supports war crimes overseas. Despicable company and it would be great if people would boycott this company.
