Love this place! It's near my job, so I go almost every day. Parking isn't all that great during the workday, but I walk it, so it's not too bad. When I come on the weekends there is a lot more parking. The staff is really friendly. Love the smell of the fresh coffee.

It seems that they are planning to start offering free factory tours from January next year. I asked the store clerk if I could buy an apron, and he said no. That bright red apron is so cute. additional information. It seems that tours have started, but it seems that reservations are required for a fee.

This is the bagel with lochs I guess its what it suggests but its not really a prepared plate, just a prepackaged meal with a toasted bagel. Staff is very timid, not interactive or good at communication, they just sit looking at their phones while you have to wipe your own table. So, bare minimum its a good ambience but a little less than what is advertised for the menu.
