Very disappointed. It is a cute coffee shop but the service was terrible and ruined the experience. I had tipped when I paid and once I tried the drink realized they gave me regular milk instead of almond milk. When I went back they were very rude, making it feel like it was my error and were not being accommodating. I ended up not getting another drink and wouldnt recommend this place. Had a much better experience at other coffee shops nearby.

The coffee is pretty good. If you are staying in the hotel it is probably your best option if youre staying near by its probably worth the walk. The POG is very good. I generally get a cappuccino. It was consistently good. The breakfast burrito was fine, the cookies were good not too salty, the drip was ok. I tried several other coffee shops near by this was one of the best. Illys and Dean and Delucas might have been better, but it was a close call and there are much further away.

A popular coffee spot in Oahu, Hawaii! I managed to make a couple of stops at this Honolulu Coffee location during my trip! Atmosphere: Located in the lobby area of the Prince Waikiki resort, the coffee shop is located on the right-hand side if youre entering from the front! The aesthetic is clean with a pop of color from the leafy green wallpaper. There is also a small space behind the shop thats dedicated to merch! Service: The orders were always prepared quickly and any adjustments to the coffees (i.e. different milk, reduced sweetness, etc.) that needed to be made were noted quickly. Menu items: I tried their Hawaiian Latte, Ube Latte, and Chia Seed Pudding! I loved all of menu items with the Ube Latte having the most unique presentation! This was my favorite coffee spot that I got to go to during my trip!

Honolulu Coffee has locations in hotels and malls all over the island, but I am just reviewing the Prince Waikiki location. If you are staying at the Prince, you get free Keurig pods, and they serve ok coffee at 100 Sails during breakfast. But personally, I would much rather go to HC and pay a few extra dollars for great Kona coffee. I usually come down early, sit outside with a delicious cup of coffee, listen to the birds, enjoy the weather, and then pray that I will survive another day with my extended family. It's like therapy. The baked goods are ok, but they are expensive - the guava bread is something you dont often see on the mainland and might be worth trying. Just be aware that they dont show prices, so you find out what things cost at the register. I would recommend going on their website first to find out the prices because some items are pretty expensive (e.g. breakfast burrito is $14.50). Its located right in the lobby, so theres plenty of seating including a pleasant outdoor section. One word of advice - it can get super crowded during peak hours (7am - 9am), so if you are in a hurry (or are super impatient), I would recommend placing an order through their website just before leaving your room. Its basically like skipping the line, but without the guilt. The people working there have always been friendly with me, so its always been a pleasure to go to Honolulu Coffee. They also sell assorted HC swag which are nice, but again, pretty pricey and no prices until the register.
