Horrible customer experience at the Marriott Ohua exterior Starbucks. Heidi is rude and should be fired. Tami may be worse and whomever the fat blonde is needs to be fired as well. Apparently they think they can be rude to you but you cant be rude back. I reached out to corporate but they dont seem to care even though they say they do. Brie the district manager has a bad attitude and that trickles down and thats why these workers think they can talk to you however they want to. Someone from corporate needs to step in and hold managers accountable for how their staff treats paying customers.

The staff at this location are so kind. I look forward to coming by every morning while Im here on vacation. Cat is especially kind and makes you feel so welcome. Kindness makes such a huge difference, and it is prevalent at this location :)
