A-1 RENT A CAR

Horrible experience! Do not rent from them. Car was filthy, now gas, and engine light was on the entire time. After WE cleaned the vehicle and left it with 3/4 tank of gas they added another $89.75 charge two days after I returned it. They will not respond and tell me what the charge is for so I am disputing it with my credit card company. Yes, it is cheap for car rentals but NOT worth the headache. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I had a great experience. Im not going to lie, I was really worried when I saw the reviews but decided to just go with it since I had already booked through Priceline. The car was in great condition and served us well through traveling the entirety of the island. Matt was terrific checking us in and out efficiently. I will certainly be back on our next visit! 10/10!

The car was not clean. Also they did not accept the insurance booked through online and made me take insurance from them. The customer service was below avg.

This company sucks !! They gave me a car with a check engine light on, and also when I dropped off the car they I had forgotten my jacket and retainers inside the car, I tried to call them 20+ times and no answer !! I do not recommend getting this company !

This place gets a lot of bad review but I think its because its not at the airport and people are tired from their flight and want to start their vacation. But our experience with Matt C was really well. I moved my family from San Francisco to Hawaii. He made my pick up and drop off easy. The car wasnt the best but it got us from point a to point b. Our pick up was very fast and our drop off was even faster. It just goes to show if you give good attitude towards people they will give you the same energy if your acting like a di*k then expect the same energy. Overall car was 3.8/5 service is 5/5.
