        Trying to save a few dollars, this already profitable bank closed several branches such as the Hawaii Kai branch on Saturdays. At Kahala the line is 27 customers long and some have been waiting 30 minutes. This is the "bank that cares"?

        The workers go above and beyond for their bankers. I appreciate all that they did to clear my check overnight due to my personal situation I was in at the moment.

        Local branch manager never went to "Customer Service" training obviously. Had to withdraw $7100 out of my 401K (Fidelity) unexpectedly to cover some bills, paid to have it expedited, deposited it early on Thursday and my funds will not be available until next Wednesday. Completely broke until then. Should have spoke to him in person. Thank you FHB for your compassion & understanding. Aloha.

        Be aware the 'available' balance on-line vs 'being processed external transfers does NOT included the transfer. Only on a debit transaction will it show the transfer amount subtracted from available funds. Love the staff but the on-line procedures are not consumer friendly for those not running a ledger system on the account.
