Called in after a week to follow up and they said they have just sent a decline mail the day before. Told me I got declined for bad credit which I know is because of the person Im renting with. Regardless, they wont make it easier for anyone trying to get a place. Mind you, my current rent is only a hundred less than what they are offering for the place Im interested in and they still wont take that into consideration. Told me I cant afford it, the audacity. The lady Diane in the front is rude and dont even acknowledge emails. So much for being professionals. Guess in Hilo its all about the people you know smh Save your money, find another place that will actually take care of you.

We rented a lovely house in Pepeekeo through Ginoza for 4.5 years. Sean and Dee were our main contacts and they were always professional and courteous. They are set up with an online rent payment portal which makes it so easy to pay the rent. We were notified when they wanted to do an inspection and they always followed up to confirm by email and text message. When we decided to leave after giving notice, vacating the property was easy, we made sure everything was clean and tidy, they have a drop off for the keys which was very nice since we left on a weekend. Our deposit was mailed to us within a few weeks of vacating. We never had any issues in our time with them and no we are not friends/family of theirs we are just leaving an honest review of our experience with them.

Ive waited one (1) month to have my hot water faucet in the shower looked at (third request) and still nothing from the plumbing company.  Im also having another rent increase which means I will probably be paying over $1400 per month for a termite ridden house and a shower that I hesitate to use.  Lucky I have two bathrooms so I can use the hallway bathroom.  But paying for three bedroom, two bath house, I should be able to use everything.  The only thing keeping me in this house is the location.  Im about 5 minutes from work and stores are all so close.

They are legally scamming people for their application money. Do not apply to this place.
