I've ordered from them for years. The web site is not great. It does not hold your past address information.  Also there are never any 'coupon codes' as the web site has an area for a code. One time they did not sent an order!  It was embarrassing to find that my Mother never got her 90th birthday flowers!  After much arguing they offered a refund. As a customer for over 30 years I would have expected more Aloha spirit!

Love the products, Love the service.
I will not order flowers from anywhere else.
They have consistently exceeded my expectations.
Shipping is fast and reliable.
Recently, I ordered flowers for a very close friend whos parents had died. I ordered on Wednesday and the flowers arrived Friday. I appreciated the prompt shipping.
The Flowers are incredible. They last and last. I used to purchase local roses for my wife, which she liked, but they would wilt within a week. She will not let me buy her anything else but flowers from Hawaiian Greenhouse. They look awesome on our mantle!

I have placed three orders with Hawaiian Greenhouse and I can't say enough how pleased I am with their quick, friendly service and beautiful flowers! They are a really great resource for beautiful, fresh anthuriums! Highly recommend!!!

I hated the flowers they sent me. They were nothing like the ones I ordered for my moms Valentine bouquet. I definitely would not have ordered if I had seen what they sent me.  My mom lives in a nursing home and has dementia. She had seen the red anthriums and commented on how beautiful they were. So i ordered an arrangement with red anthriums and ginger. What I got were 5 large green ones with no ginger and a yellow waxy flower I had never seen. Who wants green on Valentines Day.??? I tried emailing and left a phone message to see if they would rectify. No response.

They have the most beautiful flowers and they are very helpful.when I call and need flowers sent to the mainland for birthdays ,thank you,or funerals which I've had to send out 5 times for funerals and people just rave about how beautiful the flowers are and that they have lasted as long as four weeks.l would not send flowers from anybody but HAWAIIAN GREENHOUSE IN HILO,HAWAII PHONE NUMBER..1-888-965-8351
