Two weeks ago I had a 100$ orchid bouquet sent to a friend in Hilo. The orchids were sent and delivered without a card for whom they were intended for or from. The orchids sat on my friends desk for two weeks not knowing who sent them. Finally I called my friend to ask if hed received the orchids. They were relived to know I sent them
Today I called Floral mart to tell them. Just so they wouldnt do it again. No apologies, no effort to make it good. Rude. No manners. Bad business. Theyve lost my business forever more.

Gorgeous haku lei custom made for my daughter's graduation at UH Hilo! They said they would use a variety of color, and we couldn't be happier with the results! It was vibrant and enchanting. This picture was taken 1 week after we received it and, as you can see, it was still fresh and beautiful a week later (we kept it refrigerated).

I was looking for flowers for my wedding and my maid of honor recommended this place. So I called but was surprised with the service I received given the Marts high reviews.
Lisa was helping me over the phone and everytime I would explain the type of flower/foliage I wanted, she would make me feel really dumb since I wasn't using the right terms. It was like the vision I had in mind was stupid, horrendous, etc. On top of this she was so rude to me. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me. Just overall bad experience and service on Lisa's end.
I ended up ordering my flowers from another place that worked with and made my vision come to life in ways that exceeded my expectations. Sad, because I love to shop local but did not feel any aloha from this place.
Not sure if Lisa is still working there, but if youre looking to actually have your wishes heard and honored then this isnt the place for you.
