Awful. Paid for 20GB per month and have never used more than 5GB and my service gets shut off. I get a message saying I'm out of data. Lousy.

Horrible, Horrible..If I could give them Negative Stars I would...Somehow they got my Elderly Mother to sign up with their Service. So far, she has been without Long Distance Service for over 9 Months..No Explanation. NOW, has been without a Phone for the last 6 days, No Technician showing up. NOTHING. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!! BUYER BEWARE: STAY AWAY from this Communications Company!

They are completely awful. They raise their rates and go after unassuming people and make it near impossible to cancel service. Horrible customer service and bullying.
