After shopping 5 months for a new phone and plan at T-mobile and Verizon, I found that the customer service and plans were notably better at Verizon. The service was light years better at Verizon. Their training is exceptional. Kai at the Woodstock store and Cheyenne at the Sandy Plains store patiently answered my very detailed questions. Kai worked tirelessly to help me upgrade from an 11 year old Samsung Note 3 to a Note 20 Ultra, locate passwords and upgrade every application on my phone. Kai could not have been more knowledgable nor helped me more. She is an incredible employee.
