        Whoever closed this location on November 28 2023 should not be working with people face to face. Worst customer service experience of my entire life. I am shocked. Walked in and there was one person working, helping another customer. I stood there patiently for 30 minutes with no acknowledgment, no look in my direction, no words spoken at all. I get frustrated and go to my car to wait until the employee is done helping the current customer. Another 20 minutes go by and the customer leaves, so I go back in asking for a SIM CARD. A SIMPLE SIM CARD. The guy refuses to help me and proceeds to curse me out as I walk out upset. When I called the store nobody answered and it rolled over to corporate office, wait on hold for 10 minutes, then get hung up on. Call back again, get hung up on again. Safe to say this is the very last day using AT&T
