Called Greer Automotive to get a lift installed on a 4runner. I gave him the list of the parts I had and what I wanted. Dropped my 4runner and parts off at the shop and he installed it the next day. When I arrived for pick up the 4runner was not lifted but the parts had been installed. I brought the issue up that he had not lifted the truck and only installed the parts. He was very upset and said that he just installs whats given to him and it was my responsibility to adjust the parts before giving them to him(this was not discussed before he took my money, only after). He said he did not know how to adjust shocks from FOX even though there was documentation with the parts. My entire family stayed in the office trying to prove to him the instructions are correct and clear. Patrick fought us on this until 9am when Fox opened and took my call. Fox reiterated the instructions are clear and correct. Only after this did Patrick agree to fix the issue. When I went to pick up the corrected mistake he asked for more money, which I refused and will never be back. Patrick you can reply and say that I was never a customer like you have on other negative posts but you remember me and my Dad. You did us both the same way and you deserve this.

Very knowledgeable folks over at Greer automotive. My 4Runner had steering wheel vibrations for some time and no other shops could figure it out. Patrick and Jeremy were able to diagnose and fix on the same day. Truly the best shop in the area, especially for modified rigs

Greer has saved me multiple times now by fixing what others have screwed up and I just don't bother going to other shops any more.
If you have a lifted Toyota/Lexus (prob more brands too but I can't say from experience) save yourself the effort of fighting with other shops who don't know what they're doing and just come to Greer. They seem to specialize in lifted rigs and actually know what they're doing vs just reading what the computer tells them to do to a stock vehicle and doing it to your lifted one. Especially when it comes to alignments and what not where factory specs are no longer always accurate.
At this point they have done maintenance, fixes, diagnostics, aftermarket part installs, and several alignments for me.

I can't recommend Patrick and his team enough for their level of service, professionalism, and expertise. They walked me through the entire process of selecting and installing a new suspension on my 4-Runner and the results were better than expected.
