Take 5 Oil Change

I took my Mercedes in for service, they messed up my oil filter section and didn't tell me until I took it to the dealership. The also neglected to add coolant to my vehicle or check to see if my levels were good which lead to it messing up my vehicle some more. They messed up my air intake filter so they bought one new one instead of two because their tech messed both up. I am taking them to court. I have missed out on money because my car has been sitting in the shop for almost 3 months now. When they say 5 minutes oil change they mean it. They mess your vehicle up in 5 minutes and then give you a bottle of water so when you stress you have something to drink.

Store Manager Chris and his associate Marvum gave the be best service regarding my car that I have ever recieved. From my drive up to my drive out,i have nothing but great things to say about how well the 2 men worked in tandum to give me a wonderful service to do more than just a quick oil change. I recieved an oil change,new wipers,new filter,wiper fluid,tire check that showed I had an excessive amount of air in my tires(which i knew but didn't know how much),a thorough explanation of everything they would do before they did it and why. I told the Store Manager Chris that I felt like I was in Pit Row Driving A Race Car lol.. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PARTICULARLY THIS LOCATION.. Service: Oil change
