I always have a decent experience here.
They do need a few more cashiers for when lines are long.
Sometimes when you first walk in you can be greeted with the overwhelming animal smell you might find at a shelter. They also need someone patrolling the aisles for mess to clean up. They should change mop head & water frequently. Also, management may benefit from visiting other PetSmarts or pet stores to observe & implement some housekeeping practices. This should resolve the smell issue. At the same time, its a pet store so some leniency should be given.
They host wonderful adoption events. This is also a great place to come regularly if you are interested in adopting a cat as they have some temporarily housed at the store in partnership with rescues.
The customer service is stellar.
Everything about the store is pretty much stellar. One star was deducted solely for the smell. The smell has happened on more than one occurrence & seems to be an ongoing issue.
