Absolute worst customer service. We were looking to purchase a hamster for our daughter, waited more than 10 minutes by the cages with no one to be found to help us. When we can finally track someone down, she comes to ask us if we were looking at hamsters and we say yes, then proceeds to say well we close at 7. Sorry. Theyll be here tomorrow like why even ask in the first place if we were looking at an animal? There was no announcement over head. She didnt start with just to let you know we close at 7pm. So we start walking out, and I asked the man at the door, opening up the doors for us, and I asked him if I had something to buy would I have been able to purchase it, and he said yes. And I said even if it was a live animal? And he says yes, so I ask well we were wanting to purchase a hamster, and he said yeah, were closed and Im thinking- did i not just ask you if I still wouldve been able to purchase right now?! Nothing says you care for your customers like giving no closing notice, closing the doors with them inside and then refusing to let them purchase what they went there for.
