Irene never returns phones calls until days later and sometimes never return calls. Her voicemail is always full. She doesn't respond to text messages. Irene has no communication skills at all. I did a policy for my son in November 2020 and never got the policy in my hand and all payments were made each month on time, she claimed she mailed them the same day she mailed my daughter policy...umm same address but only one showed up. Claimed she was going to resend them and still no policy. Still til this day I don't know was included in my policy. April 2021 I tried to contact Irene for 3 days straight about cancelling the policy I had for my son and no return call no response to text, I had to call corporate to get the policy cancelled. Days later I finally talked to her and she still claimed she was going to put something in the mail, still nothing until May 26, 2021 too late policy already cancelled. Oh what I got in the mail wasn't my policy it was only showing changes I made to the policy. I would not let her put insurance on my dog if I had one, poor customer service. If you don't wanna get your calls answered or returned this is the agent for you!
