This place is actually not open for business . Doors locked . Signs on the window telling you to go online or use the Geico mobile app . Also an 800 number you can call .

My fully covered running vehicle was considered totaled. I mailed them my title and they picked up my car. Only for them not to pay me the amount due because for some reason they can’t find my title claiming that it can take 10 days for their “mail room” to process even though I live less than an hour away. They didn’t inform me of this of course to which if they had I would’ve told them not to pick up my car until they are able to pay me for it because I would need that money to immediately purchase a new one for our family to use. Instead we’ve been stranded for days without a vehicle. Every time I try to get my payout for the car they give me a number to an agent that will not answer their phone or I’ve even been given fake numbers to call orrrr they ask for my claim number and never reply. I have not once been able to speak with the person supposed to be actually assigned to my claim. Frankly my car has been stolen by geico. And I think I need a lawyer. ************* Edit to add that I emailed the response to this but havn’t received any help or pay.
