My mother’s is legally blinded and I hired this company to provide Homehealth care. The supervisor and office staff lacks professionalism on all levels!! No one return calls or respond to any concerns!!! My mother was left without Homehealth care for 2 days. She did not receive a call from any staff member. When I contacted the office, the staff member stated that she or another staff member would follow up and someone would be assigned. As of today, no staff member have reached out to apologize. If you want great care for your parent, do not hire this company!!!!

Alexis is a very poor manager. Valerie is an inept nurse. I couldn't get service the day it was scheduled then they said it was my fault for not knowing their business plan. They refused to give me a call or email me with any answer to my questions. They refused to give me a copy of the paperwork I signed. They have no respect for disabled veterans.

I ENJOYED WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE THE BEST CARE FOR FAMILIES. NEVER EXPERIENCE NOTHING BAD FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't EVEN Think About IT. I was recently a client of theirs & the employees at Calle Vinas are cold uncaring ignorant of handicapped peoples needs. Families would much better off to find another home health care provider for their loved one. Also they treat their home care provides poorly. Pay roll is a disaster they still pay in checks so you have to wait, sometimetimes it gets lost. I don't know why they don't use a debit card or direct deposit.
