It gives me so much joy to be able to write this review. It's hard to find good, loving and caring people to take care of a loved one. I must say Kisha has been a godsend. When we reached out to her company regarding assistance with my aunt the energy over the phone was amazing. She listened to our concerns and needs and followed up with questions to ensure she was able to provide the best quality care possible. To add she came to do a meet and greet and to do an in-home assessment. The moment she stepped in the house and came in contact with my aunt was unforgettable. The immediate connection those two had and still have to this day is unexplainable. Kisha is part of our family, and I don't trust anyone else but her. She helps with the basic chores around the house which isn't much because my family and I take turns with making sure those things are taking care of so she can just focus on our aunt. Her professionalism and how she takes care of her is top notch. She's a very patient person who genuinely cares about her clients. The thing that makes me smile even more is when she's not scheduled on, she always calls to check on my aunt which then ends up being an entire 30 minutes of laughter between the two. I would recommend her to anyone. You can see it in her eyes the way her energy takes over the room, that she loves what she does but passionately which makes a big difference. Thank you, Kisha, for all that you do and how you've educated us over the years. You are amazing and we're lucky to have you taking care of our loved one! You are definitely part of the family. Continue to be the great person that you are!
