This is one of the worse defac office ever. Every time i do a review and turn my paper work in person its always something wrong with me not receiving my benefit. they need to give us workers in our area not one so far away. They need to work like they did back in the day. we never had these many issues

What is going on? I assisted my brother in filing for Food Stamps in December. The system stated he should hear in 30 days. He received a letter stating the application was delayed. The system was showing no application status, so we went to the office. After calling the worker handling his case, he received a notice of denial for missing an appointment that was never scheduled by phone, email, voicemail message, regular mail, or any other means.
