People here are extremely lazy there jus there to be there dont want to work and just tell you to call elsewhere for any problems you have they need to get rid of he entire team and hire new people honestly

The entire process and people that run this department (the billing department) is antiquated and rude. The fact someone can give you a problem, you can understand the issue, yet offer no solutions other than using the billing system they have in place that takes 24/48 hrs to process. I guess when you are the only provider for an area, you can be as useless as you want to be. Just bodies in chairs! Automate the entire office because none of the employees should ever work in customer service.

The lady that is in charge of billing is extremely rude and unprofessional even though I was giving her my utmost courteous and polite attitude. She seemed to think I would stoop to her unprofessionalism which in turn made her double down on her horrid behavior. I am truly shocked that my tax dollars go to this person's salary. She shouldnt be in a position to be disrespectful to the public for which she is supposed to serve.

For 2 weeks In a row the trash truck will stop in front of our house not do anything and pull off leaving the trash. Not just ours but the whole street. This is getting old do your job.
They will then continue on there route and do the same thing. I'll have to call and tell them and the operator will say we'll they've been there and your can wasn't out. No it was out the night before and I watched them stop and drive off.
