My mother was an cosmetologist and I used to love going to Sally's with her and I used to love shopping at Sally's myself until today. I was waiting for the store to open today. When the employee went crazy on me!!! Refusing to let me in the store. I never rudely knocked on the door or stomped around impatiently at the door. I am beyond sadden by this employee's actions.

This store location has THE BEST employees!!! They greet you upon arrival and are eager to help you find anything you need. They're all so nice!!

Today I visited the Sally in Warner Robins Ga. The first time in over 10 years. Looking for some products to use on my natural hair. This was my 3rd stop , no one seems to have this product in stock. The store had such a welcome vibe. The associate Grace greeted me. Grace was very pleasant , helpful and attentive to my needs. Grace provided awesome customer experience. We live in a time where good Customer Services are so rare.I truly appreciated that act of kindness that was shown on today.

Convenient location, had all the great Ion hair coloring products and supplies that I use. The best part of the experience was the excellent customer service by the knowledgeable staff member who helped me pick the right color additives for a sensitive scalp and the perfect after color conditioner sealant that worked as promised.
