We stopped by to rest up overnight during a long, road trip. The front desk associate was professional; he gave us a huge beautiful room (410). The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept better than Ive slept in weeks. The breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. If we ever visit the area again, I will definitely be returning.

This hotel was clean, had friendly service, sufficient grab bars in the ADA room and was close to many restaurants. It also had an indoor pool - wish I had brought a suit. Would stay again.

I didnt have a reservation as I was traveling. I found this place via Siri and it was very accurate on directions. I was tired from driving all day so I didnt utilize any facilities other than the shower and the bed. Also the free breakfast was good. Rooms: Room was very clean and quiet, so I was able to get some rest. Very good customer service. Safety: The parking lot was well lit and I was able to park close to the entrance.

It all started at checkin. I requested an early checkin as I was driving from Va. and had driven through the night. I was given the ok via a phone call, however once I arrived the older lady at the desk acted as though she was irritated by my arrival. She explained to me in way too much detail that her relief was late as usual. Once getting to the room it was in need of repair. The bathroom floor/tile was cracked near the tub and doorway. This appeared to be caused by a cracked tub, also causing mold. My grandson's cut their toes multiple times because of the broken flooring. I stayed for 4 nights and did not require any housekeeping service. I would just go to the desk when I needed towels or coffee. But once again every person I spoke to was really just rude. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again. Rooms: Need a complete renovation.
