Holiday Inn Express Villa Rica, an IHG Hotel

Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk, who thanked me several times for being a diamond member. The hotel common areas were very clean and nice. The room was clean and modern with plenty of outlets and usb ports to charge your devices. The bed was comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean and very well lit, and the shower had amazing water pressure.

Convenient to Meeting facility for our group. Rooms: Rooms were comfortable specially the bed.

Terrible for a IHG hotel. We stayed 3 days. No housekeeping without request. Requested cleaning and got 2 hand towels and the trash can emptied-that's all. We called the desk and we're told they couldn't clean it because someone was in the room... how did they empty the trash or cover up our dirty bed then? We had left for work at 6:30am and didn't return until 5pm. Bathroom door had to be forced open and closed. I feel for anybody trying to get in or out of the bathroom at night. We have stayed here a few times and have had issues with service, cleaning and disrepair every time. We will be chosing Douglasville for now on.

Had a top floor away from elevator, but would have like room facing back parking lot as room facing front by heard a lot of street traffic. Room was clean, bed comfortable, TV good picture (Light over chair did not work, or sink stopper in bathroom). They need to post prices in their mini store area, price for bottle of water $4.00, like at the airport.
