We carried our wedding bands too resize my husband's band and too repair a Crack on my wedding ring. Paid 150 when we got our bands back they were both stretched thin!! I think they took gold from both our bands! Get your gold jewelry weighed when You leave it and have it weighed when You pick it up. We will never use them again!!!!!!! Absolutely weigh Your gold there before You leave and weigh it when You pick it up, I can't stress this enough!!!

I carried my husband's wedding band in for sizing down, I also carried mine in for Crack in my wedding band. We picked them up a month later and paid 150:00 for repairs! Our wedding bands were stretched so thin!! I think he had too take gold from our bands too use on someone else's repair!! Make sure if You take gold into be repaired have them weigh it take a picture of weight and have them weigh it when You pick it up!! I will never use this place again!!!! They ruined our wedding bands!! I wish I would of known how the outcome would of been and had it weighed before and after!! They really screwed us over!! Don't trust anyone!!!!!!

I love the service and quality of work, no matter from batteries to sizing or fixing something else in newer to pieces handed down, will not go anywhere else unless they retire. Not an every month and usually anywhere from a month to a couple of years, will continue to Bishop's Jewelry. GREAT Customer Service!! These people appreciate their customers!!
