Visited this location and assumed the store was closed because the associate failed to turn on all lights. As I entered the store, I noticed there was only one person in the store. This individual was dressed as if she was running a quick errand wearing a hair bonnet. I later discovered this was the sales associate. Although she was pleasant, I was taken back by her appearance. When shopping here please remember, the dressing rooms are not accessible. If the item does not fit, you will only have 7 days to return to obtain a cash refund. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I returned the item in Jacksonville a few days after the 7 days and was provided a store credit on a receipt. This is also ridiculous because receipts tend to fade over time. If I were you, make purchases on SHEIN- Fashion Nova or Temu website as they all are less expensive, same quality of clothing and offer a full refund within a 30 day period.

I have updated this from the owners response please read entirely; This is a teen store: Customer service is non-existent, the manager is rude and couldnt answer the simplest questions. Very cheap clothing not for daily wear. Probably a good place to purchase trendy items for teens.update: I guess you dont think I was at your store in the mall across from the shoe store and next to Belk. Your manager is an African American woman of about 57 or 58 with short hair. The day I visited she was wearing a jeans outfit with a jeans jacket. She was at the backside of your counter. Another, employee was actually at the register she was a beautiful, young lady whom your manager spoke to just as rudely as she did too me. Yes, I was in your store but trust me I will never, ever go back. I wouldnt recommend anyone put themselves under that rudeness.

The store is very nice and clean but the cashier had no personality at all! I'm not sure how she even got hired. She was not friendly whatsoever. They need to hire better sales associates.
