        I called to simply ask if I could check in early and Lisa gave me the run around about if I could check in early or not. Then I spoke to her manager that was very argumentative over the phone and told me I was trying to have a pool party when it is just me and my two daughters. It is a shame this kind of service still exists. I canceled my room and I will not stay somewhere where I do not feel welcomed.

        Room smells mouldy. The windows are not cleaned. See picture. The bed had someone else's hair on it. Gross. See the video. They do offer breakfast. But it costs $10.95. My room cost me $145. I didn't have energy to complain about the hair. I covered myself as much as possible and slept. But this was not a clean experience. Rooms: Mouldy. Beds have hair on it. Smells stifling

        Got in late and was ready for bed. Turned down the covers and found a large wet/greasy looking area with hair in it on the fitted sheet and the top sheet. NASTY!! The desk clerk brought up clean sheets but we had to change them as he just dropped them off and took the dirty ones and left. The morning clerk only credited $25 to our bill. We won't be staying at Hilton Inns anymore.
