Would not recommend! Nasty motel! In much need of renovation! I walked into the lobby and water was dripping from the ceiling all over the front desk and breakfast area. Are they really serving breakfast like that?! The room smelled bad. Mattress were nasty! Some sort of bug crawling on the sheets so I smashed it unfortunately into the sheets the fridge door didnt close and seal. Wouldnt recommend to anyone to stay here.

Well I screwed up and booked this little slice of hell through Priceline. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was going through the reviews on Priceline and not through Google. Myself, my husband, and our two small kids needed somewhere to stay throughout the weekend so we could take our youngest to Wild Adventures for his birthday. I wasn't worried about it being fancy. We didn't plan on being there except to sleep as we had lots of activities planned during the day. As we rounded the corner through the back of a dark parking lot, I should have taken the sketchy sidewalk lurkers and broken street lights as a clue to run. The attendant at the counter could win a national prize for being the most unfriendly and uninterested customer service representative on earth. I probably could have imploded right there in front of her and she would have just sucked her teeth and complained about the mess I'd left for her to clean up. Upon entrance to the actual room, we were immediately accosted by the smell of cigarettes and weed. And when I say accosted, I'm talking accosted like the guy in the room next to us was by his baby mama all night. Beating on the door, making threats, throwing his Jordan's all over the parking lot. Fantastic way to be kept awake past 3am. I'll save you the gory details and just get straight to the point. The room sucked. It was awful. It smelled awful. It looked awful. It WAS awful. There was no hot water. No towels. In the entire hotel. Said they had Wifi, but it was "broken". Dried vomit in the carpet. Microwave rusty and coming apart inside. Walls and doors filthy and streaked with God only knows what. Ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart and had holes in it. Someone's discarded rolling tray and left over weed was found just hanging out in the top of the closet. The metal connector rods to push the beds together were sticking out and just begging one of my children to impale themselves on it. The girl at the front desk could have cared less if the Rapture was upon us. She just said she'd "note it in the account". As we got there late, we had no choice but to slum it up in nightmare before hell motel. First thing Saturday morning I was on the phone with Priceline (I'll leave their gloriously glaring review in due time.) Needless to say we went and booked a room at a nice hotel across the street and I'm still fighting with Priceline to get my money back. The hotel was a death trap and their good little buddy Priceline is right there to help suck you into it.

After reading all of the one star reviews about this place, I could kick myself thinking how in my past experiences with quality Inn they were always favorable, so why bother? Ill tell ya why! This was a lesson well learned! Youd think by now the management wouldve looked into the problems here long ago, but its apparent they dont care! This flea bag, Bed bug paradise should be quarantined and shut down! Warning flags were waving the moment we arrived as the girl at the front desk was having a conversation with this lady, and locked the main door into the lobby leaving myself and wife in that small space for about five long minutes. When she lets us in and we check in, the second warning sign is, she proceeds to tell us that all the TVs were not working. Maybe if were lucky one or two channels! We proceed to the room from there with great apprehension, and upon entering, we are hit by this huge blast of putred, stale air mixed with a gigantic dose of marijuana! We go to turn the TV on, NOTHING! not a station worked! Looking around the room, it was dingy, the furniture was very dated. Dresser tops were peeling, the bathroom smelled, the carpet was dirty and torn/(fall hazard). It was no place I was going to allow my wife to spend one more minute! All this for my Hundred plus dollar investment in this nightmare! Mind you we had driven from Florida over 330 plus miles and were exhausted! We left. Dragged our stuff back to the car, I go to the front desk and tell the girl that this was a truly bad experience and we needed a refund. She gets on her CELL PHONE, ( is there no switchboard where you have a button to push to reach management. Also isnt management the central office for Quality Inn? )After she finally reaches the manager, she tells me he will give me the refund, but get this its gonna take over 2 freaking weeks to get that money back! They want it now, but in their inability to run a decent establishment, they tell me that? And I was in her face! I said it was unacceptable! But nevertheless, it was a far better thing to do than actually STAY there! Id have been better off sleeping on my F150! Now this town is booked up solid as theres a theme park and its a weekend. So my wife and I proceed to look for another place. Although we managed to find this one remaining room at a Radisson Inn, it turned out to be a great experience staying at the Raddison, by leaps and bounds! We had to spent a considerably larger amount of money at Raddison, but they gave us a Suite, and it was clean and the service was excellent! Listen up! Traveler BEWARE! Do not stay at this Quality Inn! In my life, and I say this with all sincerity, Ive stayed at hundreds of places, this hotel was by far the absolute worst experience of my life! You do not want to check into this place! Stay away!

100% would not recommend. This place is nasty. It smells bad, and the bathroom had water damage. The sheets looked clean, but smelled bad. The noise from outside kept me up most of the night. People were racing and doing doughnuts in the mall parking lot next door late at night. The front door to the lobby was locked and I asked if my truck would be ok as there had been several sketchy people around the parking lot. She said it was for her safety. Well how about mine, and my brand new truck that Im transporting. The door lock on the room was loose, and the door didnt seem secure. The lobby smelled bad, I didnt even bother trying the breakfast as the rest of the hotel was nasty. I didnt complained at check out as I didnt think it would make a difference. But this place is bad. The location is about the only thing that it had going for it, as I was running out of driving hour of service in the truck. I thought Quality Inn was a decent hotel, Ive stayed at a few that were good. But this one did that in for me. In the last month I stayed in 23 hotels with work. As Im a driveway carrier for a truck manufacturer delivering trucks around the country. This hotel was by far the worst. Ill stick with Holiday Inns. Theyre much cleaner, and worth the price difference. But the one here was sold out.
