My experience has been horrible. Our project took four times longer than it should have and Elliott Fann STOLE our money!!! He ran out and didn’t pay the flooring sub-contractor, the plumber, the electrician, and the lumber company. He did a terrible job estimating the project and NEVER came to our project. He managed others while “at his hunting land”. The first painter he used got paint all over our new hardwood floors, a 50 year old mosaic tile entry and a brick architectural piece that is the centerpiece of the house. Run away from this contractor......... I’ve been in court for two years trying to get this man to PAY his bills.
