Americas Home Place Valdosta is the best home building company around. They work with you step by step through the process and ease any concerns you may have. Building a home is stressful and they definitely help you eliminate some of that stress! They are all so nice and want you to be happy with your purchase! My project manager was Chris Newsome, amazing guy and kept me updated every process of my build. He answered any and all questions I had. If hes in charge of your build, then youre in good hands! If youre thinking about building a house, look no further, I highly recommend Americas Home Place Valdosta!

America's home place is the best. I checked with 2 other builders in town. The quality of their builds vs Americas home place were no where close. Beth and Ryan made the experience pleasant and very easy. They managed everything and all I had to do is pick out a plan and colors. I was able to modify the house and customize it. I opted to add a half bath off of the living room. I also had the master bathroom customized with a large free standing bath tub. They made the journey even easier by recommending a list of banks that they work with. I will definitely recommend Americas home place in Valdosta to anyone. I ended up with a beautiful well built home.

Omg!!! Love Beth and Jasmine! They were so patient with me, very informative and professional. I love that they have so many floor plans to choose from online!!! (How convenient!!!!) I am definitely going to build with them in the future!!!
