Customer Service is absolutely nonexistent! It seems impossible to talk to ANY live person. I am a Landlord and new tenents have tried to put their names on the bill for 6 weeks. So, I tried to speak to someone and also failed. Ga Power seems to care less for you and as long as they get our money! This is absolutely ridiculous! Is ZERO stars possible? Zero stars for ZERO Customer Service!

INCOMPETENT! I recently moved to GA and am less than impressed with this company. I received an electronic bill and promptly paid it right away. Two weeks later they sent me the same bill which at this point is overdue by 3 weeks. My bank account shows the funds were submitted for payment almost 2 weeks ago so I'm unsure why I received the bill again. I tried to call to inquire but the automated system says I have a 35 minute wait. INCOMPETENT! The website is having issues and I'm unable to log into my account so that's no help. INCOMPETENT! Now my only option is to take time off from work to visit the GP office to try to resolve the issue before they turn off my power. I had power with GRU in Gainesville, FL for the last 10yrs and have never had an issue. If they can't promptly respond to phone calls, can't keep the website working, and can't keep up with accounting, it's clear there is a deficiency on the executive level.
