I try so hard to support my ppl... And I prayed extremely hard before posting this, but I have to get this off of my chest... This was the ABSOLUTE worst silk press and trim my daughter has ever had in her life... The stylist (Joy) charged me 140.00 and was 20 minutes late.... Now granted I did call her put I was expecting her to do a great job after the reviews . My daughter has extremely long thick hair and passion and patience is definitely required when dealing with this type of hair. When we we're there I asked her over andif this was the complete process? She trimmed my daughter hair so fast and so unevenly. The more questions I asked her the more she looked as if she was getting impatient with me and then the ladies that was working around her started to get quiet as if they were listening. I had to ask her if she would reflect on my daughter's hair because it was not looking like a silk press at all and my daughter has had several silk press. She constantly looked at her phone and continue to tell I guess her next appointment she will be ready in 10 minutes after my daughter had a whole afro on her head. She definitely is not a good stylus when it comes to natural black long thick hair. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and I would never go back to her again. We left that shop around 1:45 150 and at 4:30 my daughter had a whole afro again would absolutely no bounce and went to school this morning looking a whole hot mess. The only good thing that I can absolutely say about this place was that all of the other little ladies that was working there were extremely nice and they do offer you refreshments and the atmosphere didn't feel weird. Stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!
