Jackie in the salon is amazing. She is the only stylist my teenage daughter will let touch her hair and my baby has great hair so she is very particular. Jackie listens, is patient and does a wonderful job. My daughter loves her style every time. She asks my daughter what she wants with her hair instead of looking to me. I love that because my daughter is old enough to know what she wants. Her hair looks phenomenal every time. Jackie is your employee of the year, she also has excellent customer service. Shes a rockstar!!

Purchased a few products today and the cashier (Jakaria) used the wrong information today at checkout. I gave her my number so that I could use my loyalty points and she told me that I didnt have any (which is false). After paying, I noticed that the email was completely different than the one linked to my account. After saying something about it & repeating my number, she claimed that its what she typed in Id watch out for loyalty fraud at this place

Usually, the store lacks products but the lady Mrs.Melinda or Marilyn(I can't rememeber her name) is the only person that ever speaks to me, asks me if I need anything, or offers me anything when it comes to new products. I love coming in during the day time because I know she will be there to greet me and if I need anything, she doesn' t mind going to the back and looking for it. She is the only reason why I gave Ulta a 5 star review
