        I got into a car accident while traveling (alone) from Georgia to North Carolina the day after Christmas and needed a rental immediately in order to get back home. I called the Thomson store and they didnt have anything ready or available, but when I explained my situation, the manager, Dre, assured me hed find a way to get me into a vehicle so that I could get back to NC. He and his coworker were so kind and helpful throughout the whole ordeal, and Dre went out of his way to have the oil changed in a vehicle and sent over from another store (30 minutes away) so that I could be in a rental before their store closed. They helped make a truly terrifying experience a lot less stressful, and I am so grateful for the amazing customer service I received. 10/10 would recommend!!
