The staff is friendly and very professional. I have been coming once a week for my neuropathy program and I am so happy with my results. I am sleeping better because I am not in pain. They have taught me how to eat better. Thank you guys!

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I was first lured here a year ago when the receptionist sold me on $8.50 a unit. I was 29 and had never gotten botox - pretty anxious. The woman administering the botox was very rude and told me that she had trained doctors when I tried to ask some questions before the procedure (mind you, I'm a medical student, soon-to-be doctor). She talked at me very quickly and very quickly injected me. I left and did not come back until this past December only because they had previously offered me a very good deal. BEWARE!! They hosted a "holiday party" event and charged everyone attending $20 in advance. Then, I payed them over $450 (for 50 units of botox when I only use 30 for my forehead) and made an appointment; they had also given me a $50 voucher to use at a later date that expires on 3/31. The Monday before my appointment, they sent out a deal for people to come in on the day of my appointment. Around 7 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, they TEXTED me that the nurse was "sick" and unable to administer my botox - FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I had also TAKEN OFF WORK for the appointment. They tried to reschedule me AFTER Christmas and while I was going to be out of town. I was furious and asked for a complete refund. I made another appointment for botox last week, assuming I could at least use my $50 voucher and hoping that they might even honor the previous $10 per unit deal they had to compensate for all of the inconvenience they had caused me. When I arrived, the receptionist flat out refused to honored their previous deal and even REFUSED to honor the voucher; she was upset that I had gotten my $500 refund. They have HORRIBLE customer service and are just after people's money. Her boss was "out of the country," so I made an appointment for tomorrow when the owner, Julie, would be back. I just received a text letting me know that they would honor my $50 voucher. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. I just got back from Dermatology Specialists of Atlanta whom I had found via Groupon. What a wonderful office; I can see why they were busy. Kind people, and very considerate of my time. Not to mention that Dr. Smith administered my botox herself. I will not be going back to Vitality Ageless Center tomorrow or ever. If they charge me for not showing up due to "sickness," they will be hearing from my lawyer. I'm about to go write a stellar review for Dr. Smith at Dermatology Specialists of Atlanta. Don't waste your money because they have no problem wasting your time (in exchanges for customers who haven't paid them yet).

I came here to get dysport which I have been getting for years in NC..since moving to GA I needed to find a new place. This was a one and done for me!!. The lady who injected me was a "know it all" and bragged about how she trains doctors and other nurses, etc when I showed her THE AREAS ON MY FACE where I have been getting dysport for YEARS she said she couldn't inject me there. What??? Literally for years I have been getting dysport in all the same areas. I was forced to get dysport where I didn't want it. The little lines between my brown did not even disappear being injected here by her. Horrible experience and a waste of money. They do not request a follow up when you leave and the staff isn't very friendly. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!!! By the way, it's about 3 weeks later and no follow up and my lines are still there. Basically I threw $400 out the window.
